You may share information when you use the contact form, the Custom TDL Query, the Kris AI assistant or WhatsApp. This can include your name, company, phone number, email and a description of your requirement. Please do not share passwords, bank details or other sensitive information.
Contact form and WhatsApp
The contact form and requirement summaries are not stored on this website. They are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you choose whether to send. Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, and by Kris Info Trade to respond to you.
Kris AI and the Custom TDL Query
When you use Kris AI or the Custom TDL Query, your messages are sent from our server to an AI service provider (currently Google Gemini) to generate a reply. The provider processes them under its own terms and, on free plans, may use them to improve its services. The website itself does not keep a record of conversations. Our server keeps a short-lived, anonymised counter per visitor to prevent abuse (rate limiting). AI replies may be inaccurate; prices, timelines and commitments are confirmed only by Kris Info Trade directly.
Analytics
The website may record anonymous usage events, such as button clicks and page views, to understand how it is used. If an analytics service is added, this policy will be updated to name it.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for advertising. Your browser may store basic technical data needed for the site to work.
